How it works
Upload Your Application
To begin, please complete our submission form, which includes details about your work. You can upload up to 5 artworks. This is the first required step for consideration.
A payment link will be sent to you after you submit the form.
Curation & Review Process
- Our curators will carefully review your artwork.
- You will receive a written explanation of the decision.
Submission Outcome
✅ If accepted:
You will receive a confirmation email with the next steps. A user profile will be enabled for you, allowing you to log in, upload your artworks directly to your portfolio, and set up your public artist profile on our platform.
You will also receive a 25 RON coupon to use on future services offered through the platform.
Additionally, we’ll send you a step-by-step guide on how to upload your artworks and complete your profile to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
❌ If not accepted:
You will receive personalized feedback and a clear explanation from our curatorial team.
Please note that the submission fee is non-refundable.
Reapply (Optional)
If you'd like to resubmit your artwork after following the curators’ feedback, you can do so directly via email.
The email address and resubmission instructions will be included in the curator's message.
